Garage door lead generation

More garage door replacements. Fewer time-wasting repair calls.

Home Service Installs runs local Facebook and Instagram advertising for UK garage door installers, on a dedicated landing page we build for your offer. You keep quoting and fitting. We keep the diary fed.

What makes garage doors different to advertise

A garage door is one of the few home improvements a neighbour notices from the pavement. It's the biggest single object on the front of most houses, and when one gets replaced on a street, the other owners tend to look at theirs differently. That's exactly the behaviour local social advertising can tap into.

It's also a purchase people put off for years. The up-and-over is stiff, the paint has gone chalky, the spring's twanging — but nobody's searching for it. They're waiting for a prompt. A clean before-and-after of a sectional door a few streets away is a very effective prompt.

The trap in this market is enquiry mix. Run a broad advert and you'll get a lot of “my door won't open” calls, which are worth a fraction of a replacement and eat the same amount of time. So the campaign is built around what you want fitting: insulated sectionals, roller doors, side-hinged timber, automation upgrades on existing doors, or replacements on a specific house type.

Seasonality is real too. Interest tends to lift when people are tidying up the front of the house and again before winter, when a cold, draughty garage becomes annoying. Budgets can be shaped around that rather than spread flat across twelve months.

The questions we ask garage door enquiries

A name and a number tells you nothing. These few answers tell you whether it's worth ringing back before lunch.

  • Door type wanted

Sectional, roller, side-hinged, or “not sure yet”.

  • Single or double

    Changes the price bracket immediately.

  • Existing door

Up-and-over, old sectional, or a new build with nothing fitted.

  • Automation

Whether they want it electric, and whether power is nearby.

  • Postcode

So you know if it's twenty minutes or ninety.

  • Timescale

Ready now, or having a look for the spring.

Your existing site can stay exactly as it is

Plenty of garage door companies have a site that lists forty products and hasn't been touched since 2016. It doesn't matter. We build a separate page about the one door type we're advertising, so a homeowner who clicks a sectional door advert lands on a page about sectional doors — not a homepage with a product menu.

Garage door installer questions

Can you target replacements rather than repairs?

Yes, and we usually should. Repair enquiries and door replacement enquiries respond to completely different adverts. If repairs are a distraction, the campaign is built to avoid attracting them.

What if I fit one particular manufacturer?

That's often an advantage. Brand-specific campaigns can be built around the ranges and finishes you actually stock, so you're not quoting on doors you'd have to source awkwardly.

Do I need professional photos of my doors?

Not studio photography, no. Clear phone photos of finished installs — ideally with the before shot — usually outperform stock imagery, because they look local and real.

Will the enquiries be shared with other door companies?

No. The campaign advertises your company and the enquiries come to you. Home Service Installs does not resell them.

One product. One price.
