Local Jobs: the basics

  • Local Jobs costs £850 per month plus VAT, billed monthly in advance.
  • There is no setup fee and no minimum term. The service rolls monthly.
  • You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part-months.
  • Your advertising budget is paid by you, directly to Meta, from your own ad account. It is separate from our fee and we never hold it.
  • You keep ownership of your Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account and any data in them. If you leave, you keep everything and we remove our access.

What we can and can't promise

We'll run your campaigns with care and skill and talk you through the numbers every month. We can't guarantee a particular number of enquiries, jobs or sales, because results depend on things outside our control, including your market, prices, response times and Meta's own systems.

You're responsible for answering enquiries, quoting and carrying out the work, and for making sure the claims, photos and prices you give us for adverts are accurate and yours to use.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any month is limited to the fee you paid us for that month, and we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
