Who we are

Home Service Installs is a trading name of Evergreen Marketing Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales, at 4 Timms Close, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 4TN. Contact: James Green, james@evergreen-growth.com.

We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. This policy follows the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Enquiry form answers: your name, business name, email, phone number, the installations you offer, your service area, typical job values, capacity and current lead sources.
• Booking details: if you book a call through Calendly, the details you give Calendly.
• Emails and calls: anything you send us directly, or share during a setup call.
• Client information: if you become a Local Jobs client, the business details, photos, reviews and advertising account access needed to run your campaigns.

How we use it and why

• To reply to your enquiry and decide whether Local Jobs suits your business (steps taken at your request before a contract).
• To provide Local Jobs if you become a client (performance of a contract).
• To keep business records, invoices and accounts (legal obligation and legitimate interests).

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

We only use trusted providers who help us run the business:

• Our website hosting and email delivery providers, to receive and store enquiry form answers.
• Calendly, if you book a call.
• Stripe, to take payments from clients.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to run advertising in the client's own ad account.
• Our accountant and professional advisers, where needed.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Enquiry form answers from people who don't become clients are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for the length of the service and six years afterwards for tax and legal reasons.

Information stored in your browser

Your enquiry form and setup answers may be saved in your own browser so you don't lose progress. This stays on your device. See our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, restrict its use or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email james@evergreen-growth.com and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.

We'll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
